These terms cover your use of the QuickExpenses mobile app ("the app"). By installing or using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
QuickExpenses is a free, offline personal expense tracker. It has no user accounts and does not connect to any server operated by us. All data you enter is stored only on your device. See the Privacy Policy for details.
QuickExpenses is a record-keeping tool. It does not provide accounting, tax, financial, or legal advice. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and for any decisions you make based on it.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that calculations and exports will be free of defects.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising from your use of or inability to use the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under the law that applies to you.
The app may be updated from time to time. These terms may also change; material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.
